Enter the showtime, say which lot, and see when to leave and when to start getting ready.
Show night at Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Not sure which time on the ticket matters? The concert night plan covers doors, opener and headliner at any venue.
The 20-minute drive is a typical run from Philadelphia without show traffic (the optimistic number). In the app, set Lincoln Financial Field as the destination and Apple Maps fills in the time from where you’re leaving.
Then add for show night: every car aiming at the same entrance (real drive to Lincoln Financial Field). Change the row and every step before it moves.
The time on the ticket is when the first act is due on. Seating here is reserved, so nobody is racing for a spot; the deadline really is the show. Aim to be in your seat ten minutes before the first act, and budget the walk to your row: it is the part people misjudge, not the drive.
Most stadium tours also sell a general-admission floor or pit, and that ticket is a different evening: the queue for a place at the rail forms outside long before the lots open, and the stadium sends every floor ticket in through the South Gate. The plan here is for a numbered seat.
Here is the evening drawn to scale. A maps app can number the drive. The rest is the walk in from the lot, the bag check, and the walk to your row.
Front door to your seat: 1hr 50min
Almost everything arrives on Broad Street. From I-95 it is the Broad Street or Packer Avenue exit, from the Schuylkill it is the Sports Complex exit onto Broad, and from South Jersey it is the Walt Whitman Bridge to the same two exits.
The train skips all of it: the stadium itself says the quickest way in is south on the Broad Street Line to the last stop, NRG Station at Pattison Avenue. The stadium is on the far side of the complex from the station, so the walk from the platform is longer than it is to the arena.
The stadium stands in the South Philadelphia sports complex with the ballpark and the arena, and the lettered lots serve all three buildings. The reserved lots are subject to a vehicle inspection on the way in. The whole stadium is cashless, with cash-to-card machines inside. A floor or general-admission ticket enters at the South Gate, and the stadium posts walking routes to it from each parking area.
Which lot you end up in is mostly decided for you by where the traffic officers send you, so treat a lot beside the stadium as the good outcome rather than the plan. The outer lots are the Jetro lots, Lot P, the ballpark lots and FDR Park across Broad Street, and the walk in from them crosses the whole complex.
Tailgating is allowed in the lots except the ones north of Pattison Avenue and west of Darien Street, which the stadium names as Lots Q through W and the lot by the Jefferson Health training complex.
Bags are what to sort out before you leave. One clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, or a one-gallon clear freezer bag, plus a small clutch no bigger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches.
Purses larger than a clutch, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, camera bags and seat cushions are all refused, and the stadium names no locker or bag check, so an oversized bag goes back to the car. Diaper bags and medically necessary items are the exceptions, after inspection. Screening is walk-through weapons detection at every gate. There is no re-entry on the same ticket.
Tailgating is allowed in the lots and plenty of people make an afternoon of it. Add one and the plan puts in setting up, eating and packing the car before the walk in, which means leaving the house that much earlier.
Doors, lots and bag rules change; the official site is the live source.
The plan's floor is the gate thirty-five minutes before the show: screening, the walk to your section, and a few minutes in the seat. Your seat is reserved, so nothing is lost by not being there the moment the gates open. The walk from the lot depends on which lot you got.
About 5:25 PM from Philadelphia with a 20-minute drive and a spot in one of the outer lots across the complex. Later for one of the lots around the stadium, earlier for a tailgate. Every row above is editable; the first travel row is your leave-by time.
Lettered lots ring the stadium and spread across the complex it shares with the ballpark and the arena, and the stadium publishes its own concert parking rate for them. Reserved lots are subject to a vehicle inspection. Rideshare is staged at the northeast corner of Broad Street and Pattison Avenue, beside the subway station.
Tailgating is allowed except in the lots north of Pattison Avenue and west of Darien Street, which the stadium names as Lots Q through W and the lot by the Jefferson Health training complex. The official Lincoln Financial Field site has the current lots.
About ten minutes from a lot beside the stadium. Nearer twenty from the outer lots, which means the Jetro lots, Lot P, the ballpark lots or FDR Park across Broad Street, because that walk crosses the whole complex at the same moment as everyone else who parked out there. The plan's default for one of the outer lots across the complex is 20 minutes, and it is editable.
Yes, and the stadium says it is the quickest way in. Take the Broad Street Line south to the last stop, NRG Station at Pattison Avenue, then walk east across the complex to the stadium. Rideshare pick-up is staged at the same corner, so the crowd leaving by train and the crowd waiting for a car share one sidewalk.
One clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches or a one-gallon clear freezer bag, plus a small clutch no bigger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches. Purses larger than a clutch, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage, seat cushions, computer bags and camera bags are refused, and the stadium names no locker or bag check. Diaper bags and medically necessary items are allowed after inspection. No re-entry on the same ticket.

Ready Time keeps the plan and subtracts again when the show time changes. Put in the next ticket and the same steps land on new times, with an alert on each one.
Get a nudge at the right moment, while there's still time to act.
Each step gets its own alert, so you know what's next and how long you have.
Start the plan in the app, and the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island show the time left, with a bar that fills as each step passes.
Glance at it on the walk in without opening the app.
