The shower ends and the clock starts. Dry off, get dressed, hair, maybe makeup, grab your stuff, go. It feels like 15 minutes. It's actually 40. That gap between how long you think it takes and how long it actually takes is where the rushing lives.
You probably underestimate your shower-to-door time by 15 to 20 minutes. No single step is slow. It's the transitions: deciding what to wear, going back for the thing you forgot, checking your phone "for one second." A backward plan makes each step visible so the transitions can't hide.
If getting dressed takes 12 minutes (not the 5 you tell yourself), put 12 minutes. If hair takes 15, say 15. Ready Time adds them up, works backward from your leave-by time, and sends you a notification for each step. The plan is only as good as the durations are honest.
