At the start of your arrival window, and not before. Every line assigns one and holds the terminal door to it, under a different name each: Disney’s Port Arrival Time, Carnival’s Arrival Appointment, Princess’s Arrival Group. Pick your line and work backward from the window.
Each page asks your window, how you’re getting to the port and whether porters take your bags. Those answers fill a plan ending at the terminal door. Tap any duration and the chain recomputes backward.
The window is the morning’s plan. The all-aboard cutoff, an hour or so before sailing, is the trip’s, and each page says what its line sets it at.

Flying in the day before? The airport pages. Line not listed? The chain is the same on every line: a window, the porters, the parking and the drive.
