Enter the showtime, say which lot, and see when to leave and when to start getting ready.
Show night at State Farm Stadium, Glendale, Arizona. Not sure which time on the ticket matters? The concert night plan covers doors, opener and headliner at any venue.
The 25-minute drive is a typical run from Phoenix without show traffic (the optimistic number). In the app, set State Farm Stadium as the destination and Apple Maps fills in the time from where you’re leaving.
Then add for show night: every car aiming at the same entrance (real drive to State Farm Stadium). Change the row and every step before it moves.
The time on the ticket is when the first act is due on. Seating here is reserved, so nobody is racing for a spot; the deadline really is the show. Aim to be in your seat ten minutes before the first act, and budget the walk to your row: it is the part people misjudge, not the drive.
Most stadium tours also sell a general-admission floor or pit, and that ticket is a different evening: the queue for a place at the rail forms outside long before the lots open. The plan here is for a numbered seat.
Here is the evening drawn to scale. A maps app can number the drive. The rest is the walk in from the lot, the bag check, and the walk to your row.
Front door to your seat: 1hr 55min
Loop 101 carries the crowd; surface streets around Westgate do the rest. No rail reaches the stadium, so essentially everyone drives, and the lots empty onto the same roads after the show, with the carparks closing an hour after it ends.
The stadium recommends buying parking in advance through SeatGeek. Without a pass you can still pull into any carpark, but the lots are cashless, so have a credit or debit card ready. Concert lots-open times are published per show on the event page rather than as a stadium rule: the two 2026 shows that posted one opened the lots two hours and three and a half hours before showtime.
Carparks close one hour after the event. This is west of Phoenix in Glendale, in its own expanse of parking next to an arena and shopping, so plan the drive as a trip out of the city rather than a short hop.
Red preferred carparks are entered only from Maryland Avenue and 95th Avenue, and they are the short walk. Blue general carparks are reached from Glendale Avenue or Cardinals Way off Loop 101, or from 91st and 99th Avenues on the surface streets, and they are the longer one. Rideshare and friends-and-family drop-off and pick-up is south of the stadium in the Black Lot.
The stadium urges you not to bring a bag at all, and metal detector screening plus a search of anything you carry happens at the gates. If you do bring one, it has to be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and no bigger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, which includes clear backpacks and fanny packs, or a standard one-gallon freezer bag; a non-clear bag has to be 4.5 by 6.5 inches or smaller.
Bag check is on the east and west sides of the stadium, but there is no storage for prohibited items. One factory-sealed plain 500mL bottle of water is allowed in. It is a strict no re-entry building: once you leave, a scanned ticket will not get you back in.
Tailgating is allowed in the lots and plenty of people make an afternoon of it. Add one and the plan puts in setting up, eating and packing the car before the walk in, which means leaving the house that much earlier.
Doors, lots and bag rules change; the official site is the live source.
The plan's floor is the gate thirty-five minutes before the show: screening, the walk to your section, and a few minutes in the seat. Your seat is reserved, so nothing is lost by not being there the moment the gates open. The walk from the lot depends on which lot you got.
About 5:20 PM from Phoenix with a 25-minute drive and a spot in one of the blue general carparks. Later for a red preferred carpark, earlier for a tailgate. Every row above is editable; the first travel row is your leave-by time.
The stadium recommends buying parking ahead through SeatGeek. Without a pass, pull into any carpark and pay by credit or debit card; cash is not accepted. The lots-open time for a concert is published on the show's event page and varies by show: the two 2026 concerts that posted one opened two hours and three and a half hours before showtime. Carparks close one hour after the event. The official State Farm Stadium site has the current lots.
Under ten minutes from a red preferred carpark, which sits closest to the building. Allow twenty from the blue general carparks, which spread out across the district and feed the same gates. The plan's default for one of the blue general carparks is 20 minutes, and it is editable.
No rail reaches the stadium and the venue publishes no shuttle or bus route of its own. The choices are driving, or a rideshare to and from the Black Lot on the south side of the stadium.
Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, including clear backpacks and fanny packs, or a standard one-gallon freezer bag. A non-clear bag has to be 4.5 by 6.5 inches or smaller and tinted bags are not allowed. The stadium would rather you brought nothing. Bag check is on the east and west sides, there is no storage for prohibited items, and once you are inside there is no re-entry.

Ready Time keeps the plan and subtracts again when the show time changes. Put in the next ticket and the same steps land on new times, with an alert on each one.
Get a nudge at the right moment, while there's still time to act.
Each step gets its own alert, so you know what's next and how long you have.
Start the plan in the app, and the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island show the time left, with a bar that fills as each step passes.
Glance at it on the walk in without opening the app.
