The police route everyone onto I 77, which you reach from I 26 or I 20, and the three lanes of George Rogers Boulevard nearest the stadium close between Key Road and Bluff Road, the closest of them kept for people on foot.

Work backward from kickoff: minutes in your seat beforehand, walk to your section, gate screening, walk from the lot, parking, then the drive (20 minutes in the default plan). That puts leave-by at 2:03 PM for a 3:30 PM kickoff. Change the kickoff time and every row moves.
